Winsteps 3.7

Winsteps is designed as a tool that facilitates exploration and communication.
Winsteps constructs Rasch measures from simple rectangular data sets, usually of persons and items.
It'sa typical analysis that requires two components: control information and data. These can be in separate computer files or can be combined in one file. The results of the analysis are written to output files.
